Muswellbrook Steel Supplies first opened in the Industrial estate of Muswellbrook in 1997, family owned and operated by Phil & Fiona Hobden. The aim of the business was not only to service the local mining and farming industries but also the individual. Since then the business has grown to the point were it out grew its original yard at Wallarah Road and in 2009, Muswellbrook Steel Supplies relocated to a much larger yard with greater visibility at Enterprise Crescent where the business is currently located. This relocation allowed for a considerable expansion in stock and services further improving the service offered to the community.

 

In 2009 Muswellbrook Steel Supplies was the proud winner of the Muswellbrook Chamber of Commerce and Industry's, Muswellbrook Business Award for large retail. Muswellbrook Steel was adjudged to be the leader in the field in criteria such as Customer Service, Community and Employee Involvement, OH&S, as well as a commitment to continual improvement.

 

Today Muswellbrook Steel Supplies is proud to be the premier supplier of steel in the Upper Hunter region and also stocks a great range of other products including cattle yards, water tanks and all related tools and equipment.
